§ 112.05 DECISION ON APPLICATION.
   The County Board grants the County Board Chairperson the authority to act on license applications. As required by the Raffles and Poker Runs Act, being 230 ILCS 150/0.01 et seq., the County Board Chairperson shall act on all license applications within 30 days from the date of application.
