Any person under the age of 21 years shall not enter or remain upon any premises licensed for the sale of alcoholic liquor except in the company of his or her parent or legal guardian; provided, however, that this section shall apply to only those portions of restaurants, clubs, grocery stores, and drug stores which are exclusively or primarily for the sale and consumption of alcoholic liquors.
