All appeals shall be made to the County Zoning Board of Appeals.
(A) Any decision by the Inspector under this chapter may be appealed to the County Zoning Board of Appeals.
(B) Appeals to the County Zoning Board of Appeals take place by filing an appeal in writing with the Planning and Zoning Department within 15 days after receipt of a decision in writing from the Inspector. A hearing with the County Zoning Board of Appeals will be held within 60 days of submission of the appeal or petition.
