§ 96.99 PENALTY.
   Any person willfully violating an order of the Director of Public Health, after having such order being finalized by proper notice and hearing, and any person otherwise violating any provision of this chapter, shall be guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined a maximum of $1,000 for each day of said violation.
