§ 30.02 INTENT.
   It is the intent of the Board to grant to the County Administrator only those powers and duties which are administrative or ministerial in nature and which are necessary to the property execution of policy as established by the Board. No provision of this subchapter is intended to vest the County Administrator any duty, or grant to the position any authority which is vested by general law or this code with any other county officer. No provision of this subchapter shall be construed to delegate or commit the county in any manner, except as provided herein or by the express grant of authority by the Board. It is the intention of the Board in adopting this subchapter only to create a position to which may be delegated certain administrative duties to be performed in and under its direction.
