§ 94.05 DISINFECTION AND ANALYSIS.
   Owners of a new well shall have the water analyzed and approved by either the laboratory of the state’s Department of Public Health or a laboratory approved by the County Health Department before the well is placed in service. A copy of the analysis shall be filed with the County Health Department. (Prior Code, 6 TCC 1-20)
