§ 94.02 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   No water well shall be constructed or repaired nor any water well pump installed in this county except in accordance with this subchapter, and it shall be unlawful to proceed with such work unless a permit therefor shall have first been obtained from the County Health Department, said permit fee being $100.
   (B)   All wells and pumps shall be maintained in safe condition by the owner.
