§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   The violation of the terms of §§ 93.01 through 93.07 is hereby punishable by a fine not less than $100 and not to exceed $500, with each seven days or part thereof the violation remains uncorrected constituting a separate offense. Such fine may be imposed by a court upon the prosecution of any violation of the terms of §§ 93.01 through 93.07.
      (2)   In addition to any fine imposed under §§ 93.01 through 93.07, the court may order that the person convicted of such a violation remove the inoperable motor vehicle or other vehicle. At its discretion, the court may order that the nuisance be abated by the Sheriff or other proper officer at the expense of the defendant.

   (C)   Any person found in violation of § 93.20 is guilty of a petty offense and subject to a fine of not less than $10 and not more than $500.
