§ 93.35 RECORDS OF REGULATIONS; TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES.
   (A)   All traffic regulations and restrictions adopted by the county from time to time have been filed as part of the County Superintendent of Highways’ records. Such regulations covering speed, weight, lane usage, signals, signs, parking, and all other motor vehicle matters shall continue in full force and effect.
   (B)   Furthermore, the County Board authorizes the Superintendent of Highways to erect and maintain traffic-control devices as provided by law.
