§ 92.10 ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW ACT.
   All final administrative decisions of the County Board under this Act are subject to judicial review under the Administrative Review Act. The term ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION is defined as in § I of the Administrative Review Act. Such proceedings for judicial review shall be commenced in the Circuit Court of the county.
