For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COUNTY BOARD. The County Board of Supervisors of Tazewell County.
DEPARTMENT. The Tazewell County Health Department.
MASS GATHERING. Any public gathering of people within the unincorporated area of Tazewell County which may reasonably be expected to number 5,000 or more and which can reasonably be expected to continue for at least ten hours.
PROMOTERS. Any person, partnership, association, or corporation, their officers, agents, and employees.
