§ 155.072 CLASSIFICATION OF ROADS.
   The Plat Review Committee and Township Highway Commissioner shall classify each street shown on the plat of the subdivision as to its functional use as urban standard, rural collector standard or a rural local standard. The minimum design requirements in this subchapter shall apply to subdivision roads in unincorporated Tazewell County.
