§ 155.050 WATERCOURSES.
   Prior to any alteration or relocation of watercourses, the developer shall secure any necessary permits or clearances from the State Department of Transportation, Division of Water Resources, the State Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, or other such agencies as may be required by law. The flood carrying capacity within the altered or relocated portion of any watercourse shall be maintained.
