§ 155.047 ROAD DEDICATION.
   All roads created by a subdivision shall be shown on the plat as dedicated to public use. Rights-of-way shall be not less than 60 feet wide. A greater width may be required if deemed necessary by the Plat Review Committee, the Township Highway Commissioner, or the County Engineer.
