Prior to the filing of an application for conditional approval of the preliminary plat, the developer may submit to the Plat Officer, for consideration by members of the Plat Review Committee, the following:
(A) General information, in the form of a location map and in writing, outlining existing covenants, zoning, land characteristics, community facilities and utilities, streets, schools, parks, playgrounds, and commercial or industrial developments; and
(B) Sketch plan showing in simple sketch form the proposed layout of streets, lots, and other features in relation to existing topographical conditions.
