The following procedure applies to subdivision plat review. All plats, unless specifically exempted, shall be subject to a three-step review procedure by the Plat Review Committee as established by this subchapter. The Plat Review Committee shall meet when necessary to consider sketches, plats, drawings and reports. The Community Development Department shall be responsible for coordinating the process, arranging meeting dates and times, and reporting to the Land Use Committee on the results of the Plat Review Committee meetings.
