(4) Bed and breakfast;
(5) Borrow pits;
(6) Cemeteries;
(7) Chickens/fowl;
(8) Day care center;
(9) Day care home;
(10) Game breeding/shoot preserve;
(11) Golf courses;
(12) Golf driving range;
(13) Gravel pits;
(14) Home commercial special use;
(15) Kennel, commercial;
(16) Landscape waste composting and mulching facility;
(17) Manufactured/mobile homes for retired/disabled persons;
(18) Manufactured/mobile homes, accessory to agriculture;
(19) Recreational facilities, Class I, Class II, and Class III;
(20) Shooting range, outdoor;
(21) Single-family dwellings;
(22) Outdoor/indoor paintball facilities;
(23) Residential accessory structures;
(24) Wind energy conversion systems; and
(25) Small wind energy systems.
(B) Other uses of such an unusual nature that their operation may give rise to unique problems with respect to their impact upon neighboring property or public facilities, and which are not allowed by right may also be allowed by special use, subject to the basic requirements of this section.
