5-2-4: CONSERVATORS OF THE PEACE:
Auxiliary police, when on duty, shall also be conservators of the peace and shall have the powers as specified in section 3-9-4 of chapter 24 of the Illinois Revised Statutes. (Ord. 2361, 10-16-89)
