5-2-2: QUALIFICATIONS; FINGERPRINTS:
All auxiliary policemen shall be residents of the City.
Prior to the appointment of any auxiliary policeman, his fingerprints shall be taken, and no person shall be appointed as such auxiliary policeman if he has been convicted of a felony or other crime involving moral turpitude. (Ord. 2361, 10-16-89)
