13.02.150: CONSERVATION OF VALUES:
It shall be the responsibility of each property owner to maintain their property in a good, clean condition, making necessary repairs to the home, accessory structures, e.g., fencing, yard lights, other appurtenances, and landscaping. Good condition shall mean properly painted structures, fences in a freestanding, upright and stable position, landscaping free of weeds, dead materials, e.g., dead trees or shrubs, as well as generally accepted maintenance practices for residential property, as more specifically addressed within title 9, chapter 9.08 of the Taylorsville code.
