13.02.140: DIVISION OF LOTS BELOW MINIMUM SPACE REQUIREMENTS:
No parcel of land which has less than the minimum width and area requirements for the zone district in which it is located may be divided from a larger parcel of land for the purpose, whether immediate or future, of a building or development as a lot. (Ord. 12-15, 7-11-2012)
