Each license, permit or approval issued, as set forth herein, shall expire after one hundred eighty (180) days if no construction is undertaken or no work is done unless a different time period is specifically set forth at the time of issuance of the license or permit or in this Development Code, or unless an extension is granted by the issuing agency prior to expiration.
