It is unlawful for any person, and such person shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor for each day of violation hereof, for the purpose of biking, hiking, or any other activity to wilfully leave the boundaries of any public recreational trail across privately owned lands without the express consent of the landowner whenever notice against leaving the trail has been given by posting of a sign or signs reasonably likely to notify trail users.
