It is unlawful for any person, and such person shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor for each day of violation hereof, to drive or operate any self-propelled motor vehicle in, on or about any property belonging to the city, or under the control of the city, except on public highways, streets and roads, unless such property is specifically designated and posted for such use.
