Violation of this chapter shall be an infraction. The schedule of penalties for violation of this chapter is:
A. Fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first offense, one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the second and subsequent offenses.
B. When determining under this section if an offense is a second or subsequent offense, only prior convictions committed within the twenty four (24) months prior to the commission of the current offense may be considered. (Ord. 06-06, 2-15-2006)
