9.61.190: NUISANCE IN PARK:
It is unlawful for any person or persons to scratch, cut, injure, or deface any building, fence, structure, or other property or foul any fountains or any other improvements, or to cut or injure flowers or flowerbeds within the park. (Ord. 06-06, 2-15-2006)
