9.61.140: FIRE MAKING:
It is unlawful for any person to make or kindle a fire within a park for any reason unless such person uses a designated area which has a fireplace, barbecue grill, or other facility designated by the City to contain a fire. (Ord. 06-06, 2-15-2006)
