9.61.130: BUSINESS RESTRICTION:
Except as specifically authorized by the City, it is unlawful for any person to sell or display for sale any merchandise or goods, products, or operate a business, including temporary food vendor cart, in a park. (Ord. 06-06, 2-15-2006)
