A. Every person riding a skateboard or scooter shall exercise due care and reasonable caution to prevent injuries to others, to himself, or to property.
B. Every person riding a skateboard or scooter shall yield the right of way to pedestrians at all times.
C. Skateboards and scooters shall not be ridden upon any stairway, wall, bench, parking lot, roadway, or on or over any landscaped area, including, but not limited to, grass areas, shrubbery, or flowerbeds located in a park. (Ord. 06-06, 2-15-2006)
