City parks shall be open to the public from six o’clock (6:00 a.m.) until ten o’clock (10:00) p.m. and shall be closed to the public from ten o’clock (10:00) p.m. to six o’clock (6:00 a.m.).
It is unlawful for any unauthorized person to be in a park, either on foot or in any type of motor vehicle or other conveyance, during the hours that a park is closed. (Ord. 09-29, 8-19-2009; amd. Ord. 21-16, 10-20-2021)
