If the owner of any dog(s) is found to be in violation of this chapter or of title 8 of this code on three (3) or more different occasions, within a twenty four (24) month period, the director may seek a court order pursuant to title 8, chapter 8.40 of this code, revoking for a period of one year any off leash area permit(s)/tag(s) such person may possess. Persons seeking reapplication of said off leash area permit/tag must comply with conditions as set forth by the director that may include, but not be limited to, sterilization of the dog.
