A. The hours of use of off-leash park areas shall be determined by the city administration at its sole discretion. Hours of operation shall be posted at each respective off-leash park area as soon as possible following the administration’s determination of such hours.
B. It is unlawful for any unauthorized person to be in an off- leash park area, either on foot or in any type of motor vehicle or other conveyance, during the hours that the off-leash park area is closed. (Ord. 09-29, 8-19-2009; amd. Ord. 20-05, 2-5-2020)
