9.08.060: NUISANCE ABATEMENT; ADMINISTRATION:
This chapter shall be administered and enforced by the police department or other designee. In case of nuisances involving dangerous buildings or violations of codes typically administered and enforced by the board of health, this chapter may also be administered and enforced by the community development department.
