8.04.215: PET SHOP:
"Pet shop" means any commercial establishment properly licensed to maintain, keep or display dogs, cats, birds, or other household pets for sale. Pet shop does not include government animal shelters, humane shelters as defined by statute or veterinary clinics whose major business is veterinary medicine. (Ord. 09-21, 5-6-2009)
