"Identification" means a pet license or identification tag which is attached to the collar or harness of an animal; a microchip implanted as recommended by the manufacturer for the specific species; or a tattoo on the animal's right ear or on its inside right thigh or groin, or other livestock identification such as ear tags, brands, etc. (Ord. 09-21, 5-6-2009)
