8.04.130: HOLDING FACILITY:
"Holding facility" means any pet shop, kennel, cattery, animal grooming parlor, riding school, stable, animal shelter, veterinary hospital, humane establishment, or any other such facility used for holding animals. (Ord. 09-21, 5-6-2009)
