8.04.026: ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER:
"Animal control officer" means the city's animal control services contract provider, any person designated by the state of Utah as a peace officer or any other person designated by the city as an officer who is authorized to perform the duties specified by this title. (Ord. 09-21, 5-6-2009)
