17.07.020: PENALTY:
Any person who is convicted of violating any of the provisions of this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as set out in chapter 1.08 of this code. (Ord. 01-03, 1-17-2001; amd. Ord. 21-01, 1-6-2021)
