5.22.060: RESPONSE TO ALARMS; PERMIT REVOCATION:
Except for alarms at a wholesale or retail firearms business, intrusion alarm response shall be dispatched by the police department only after a private guard responder has confirmed that an attempted or actual crime has occurred at the alarm site. (Ord. 05-14, 4-6-2005)
