18.01.075: FALSE INFORMATION OR REFUSAL PROHIBITED:
It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully make a false statement or refuse to give his or her name or address with intent to deceive or interfere with an enforcement official who is enforcing the provisions of this title. (Ord. 08-14, 7-9-2008)
