Plumbing, electrical, and mechanical fees shall not be assessed when such permits are issued in conjunction with a building permit for which required fees have been paid. If two (2) or more subpermits are received, a building permit must be taken out. If only one subpermit is required, and no other work is to be done, fees shall be assessed in accordance with the fee schedule in chart 15.08.030 of this section.
