14.60.060: EXCEPTIONS:
The City Council may:
   A.   Give naming consideration to an entity or individual (living or deceased) who has made a significant land and/or monetary contribution and who has stipulated the name as a condition of the donation.
   B.   Adopt honorary commemorative names for entities or individuals who have made significant public service contributions. (Ord. 17-22, 11-15-2017)
