14.60.030: NAMING COMMITTEE:
Prior to naming a public place, a Naming Committee shall be formed. The Naming Committee shall have five (5) members and shall consist of three (3) "at large" citizens from the City, a member of the City Council, and a member of the City staff. The "at large" members of the Naming Committee shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council. The Naming Committee shall adopt such rules of procedures as the Naming Committee considers necessary. (Ord. 17-22, 11-15-2017)
