14.52.030: INJURY TO TREES ON HIGHWAY; PENALTY:
Whoever digs up, cuts down or otherwise injures or wilfully destroys any trees planted and standing on any city highway in conformity to law is guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall also be liable to the owner for treble the amount of damages sustained. (Ord. 96-17, 6-19-1996)
