14.08.050: PREPARATION AND STORAGE OF PLATS AND DESCRIPTIONS:
It shall be the duty of the department to provide for the preparation and storage of current plats and descriptions of all city roads and of such other highways as the city council may from time to time locate upon public lands within the city. The plats and descriptions shall be kept on file with the department. (Ord. 96-17, 6-19-1996)
