3.09.010: AUTHORITY:
Authority and guidelines for the municipal transient room tax, set forth in Utah code section 59-12-352 et seq., as currently adopted and as hereinafter amended, are adopted as the authority and guide for the municipal transient room tax of the city. (Ord. 17-01, 2-1-2017)
