(A) Not more than one interment is allowed per grave, except for a parent and infant child buried at one time and in one casket, two children buried at one time and in one casket, or a maximum of four cremations, if the grave site will accommodate. Every casket earth interment must include the use of a vault or the minimum of a concrete liner.
(B) Cremation remains are permitted to be sprinkled or buried on top of existing graves.
(C) Only human remains are intended to be buried in the cemetery. No animals or fowl shall be interred in the cemetery.
(D) Whenever interments are to be made, at least 24 hours' notice must be given in order that the grave may be prepared.
(E) Temporary markers supplied by funeral homes must be removed within 30 days of burial, if the family wishes to keep the marker. After 30 days the town will remove the marker.
