§ 96.07 FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS AND ACCESSORIES.
   (A)   Floral arrangements.
      (1)   During the mowing season (March to October), floral arrangements are restricted to flowers contained in vases or containers integral to the marker. If the marker does not have a receptacle, then arrangements should be made for a monument company to pour a concrete border to accommodate a vase or container. No framed arrangements will be allowed during the mowing season. The town reserves the rights to remove any arrangement that is deemed unsightly.
      (2)   In the upright monument/marker section, floral arrangements my be attached to the upright monument/marker at the top and sides of the monument/marker, as long as the floral arrangements are not on the ground or sticking out past the base of the monument/marker.
   (B)   Planting flowers, trees, shrubs, etc. on the grave plot is prohibited.
   (C)   No plot or grave shall be defined by fence, railing, coping, or hedge. Boxes, shells, toys, wire screens, arbors, trellises, tripods, chairs, benches, decorative gravel, stones, etc. will not be permitted on any plot or grave. Memorial objects left in the cemetery must be within the permits of the town ordinance. The town is not responsible for the loss or damage to any such memorial objects. If anything is placed upon any plot, grave, or monument/marker which is deemed unsightly or injurious (glass vases, wire, etc.), the town reserves the right to remove it.
   (D)   Potted plants and special arrangements will be permitted at Christmas, Easter, and Memorial Day. The arrangements may be placed on the grave five days prior to the holiday and must be removed within five days after the holiday. If not removed after the five days, the town reserves the right to remove the arrangement.
   (E)   Floral arrangements and frames shall be removed by those lawfully entitled to them within seven days of the burial. Any remaining items after seven days will be removed by the town.
