(A) No disinterment or removal of a body from any plot will be allowed without:
(1) The written consent of the surviving spouse or next of kin of the person whose body is to be disinterred or removed;
(2) The notarized written consent of the legal plot holder or lawful representative;
(3) The town's approval.
(B) Graves shall not be reopened for inspection after interment except for official investigations.
Remains moved from other cemeteries must be accompanied by proper papers as prescribed by law.
