Annexing certain property beginning at an iron pin in the southern right-of-way line of West Main Street (Highway 90), same being the northeast corner of the Sam J. Herman property.

Annexing property belonging to Tim Walker beginning at a 1/2 inch rod being in the easternmost corner of Lot #16 of Emma Feimster property, said rod also being in the southernmost corner of Charlie Lowe’s property, said rod also being the southern and easternmost point in an agreed line with Charlie Lowe, thence with Aaron Court, a 12-foot stone road, South 124.02 feet to a new iron rod set in an agreed line with Ethel Daniels property.
Annexing certain property belonging to Victor and Andy Baker of Midway Construction, being all of that tract of land containing 6.851 acres located in Taylorsville, and being a portion of the land described in Deed Book 19 on page 211; and being bounded on the east by Milstead Street, S.R. 1104, and being more particularly described according to the survey of Wesley G. Fox, Registered Land Surveyor, for Don G. Angel, dated July 24, 1999.

Annexing certain property adjacent to Brushy Mountain Associates, Inc., beginning at an iron stake in the south right-of-way line of U.S. 64/N.C. 90 located south from a right- of-way monument; thence south to an iron stake, being Henry Goodnight’s southeast corner in the line of the Brushy Mountain Recreation Associates, Inc.; thence north to a right-of-way monument in the east line of a 60-foot access street; thence east to the beginning, containing 32.04 acres by coordinate computation.
Annexing certain property of Feimster-West L.L.C. located south of Taylorsville and on the east side of N.C. 16 S, beginning at a point located in N.C. 16 and also being a common corner with properties of Darren Scott, the tract containing 1.085 acres.

Annexing certain property beginning at an iron pin in the northeast corner of Claude Shrum as recorded in Book 238, Page 663, Alexander County Registry, said pin being the southeast corner of Robert & Gloria Smith as recorded in Book 429, Page 2160, Alexander County Registry, and containing approximately 23.875 acres.
Annexing certain property beginning on an existing PK nail set in State Road 1607 (Macedonia Church Road), containing 27.234 acres of land belonging to Feimster West, LLC, near the corner of Hwy 16 South and Macedonia Church Road.

Annexing certain property described as “Black Oak Ridge Road Area,” consisting of 17 parcels of property owned by 11 property owners. Beginning with the property of Alexander Railroad Company map #7D-0428A continuing east along Black Oak Ridge Road making a continuous line until reaching and including Raleigh and Nancy Pearson’s property map #7D-0478. Thence heading west including Mary J. Long’s property map #7D-0462B and continuing west in a continuous line until reaching and including Sheree Bowers & Others’ property map #7D-0435.
(A) Annexing certain property owned by Denny G. Teague, containing 0.419 acres. The property is described as beginning at a stone, the W.P. Ingram corner, and runs north 80 degrees west 18-1/4 poles to a stone; thence south 2 degrees west 8 poles to a pine stump; thence south 88 degrees east 18-1/4 poles to a stone on the bank of the road; thence north 8 poles to the beginning. There is excerpted from the above boundary, a part of this lot of land containing approximately 68 square rods conveyed by Luella Wike to Roy Hendren on 6-21-47.
(B) Annexing certain property owned by Brenda A. Childers. The property is described as beginning on a stone, Barlowe and Patterson’s corner, and runs north 88 degrees west 18-1/4 poles to a stone; thence south 9 poles to a spike, Barnes and Teague’s corner; thence south 75 degrees east 19 poles and 5 links to a spike at the road, Teague’s corner; thence north 5 degrees east 17-1/2 poles to the beginning, containing approximately 1.5 acres.
Annexing certain property owned by Brian E. Deal, containing 0.65 acres. Property is described as beginning on a spike by railroad track and runs north 5-1/2 degrees east 18 poles to a stone by a white oak bush; thence south 67 degrees west 14 poles to a stone in the bank of the railroad; thence as said road bank south 42 degrees east 16-1/4 poles to the beginning containing 124 poles.
